Lota Protein has an industrial fishing vessel, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to detect and capture. The “Santa Maria II” also has 840 m3 of 100% refrigerated storage capacity where fish can reach a perfect conservation state, achieving optimal results in fishmeal and fish oil production.
ARTISANAL
Most of the raw materials that the Company uses are provided by local fishermen of the Bio-Bio region, with which the Company has built a relationship of trust that has endured for years. This allows Lota Protein to have access to fresh fish that complies with the market’s highest standards.
